The One Micheilin -Starred Yat Tung Hin renovated into a modern Chinese restaurant. With its new face, , we came up with a creative way to order dimsum.

Customer will receive a wooden box filled with dimsum card when they sit down. They can have a glimpse of the dimsum through the illustrations. When the customers decided what to order, just collect the dimsum cards and give them to the waiters.
